E-LEARNING DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Before we start any project we will work with you to understand your business, its culture and objectives. Where possible we will also talk to some of the learners within the organisation so that we can understand their requirements. Once this has been completed we can start work on the development of the e-learning material. Projects are completed in stages allowing you to check progress at key points.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours and in most cases we reply the same day. Your project manager will be in regular contact with you, proving updates on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. We use a range of tools for communication including Skype, messenger and webex.

All of our projects have a development area where you can view project progress, in addition we also use an online project management tool where you can access real time updates.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Real Projects adopts and maintains a business management system inline with ISO 9000:2000 and PRINCE 2 methods.

We adopt the PRINCE 2 project management methodology and all of our Project Managers are either PRINCE 2 qualified or are working towards their qualification.

Project documentation and plans are available online so that you can see the status of your project at anytime. The project management tool that we use is web based and also provides you with email notifications when key tasks have been completed and are ready for review.
