Scott Hewitt is the CEO of Real Projects and has over 20 years’ experience leading digital learning, elearning, and technology-driven change across the public and private sectors.

His work focuses on how organisations design, deliver, and scale learning in practical ways, particularly where technology, people, and operational constraints collide. He has led IT infrastructure transformations, developed award-winning elearning and digital content, and delivered complex projects across sectors including education, healthcare, and professional sport.

Scott has managed international programmes involving distributed teams and offshore partners, with hands-on experience in IT strategy, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. His approach is grounded in delivery rather than theory, shaped by years of working inside real organisations with real constraints.

As the founder of Real Projects and AnalyiSport, he has built global elearning solutions used by organisations such as the NHS, 3M, AstraZeneca, and Roche. Alongside commercial work, his career includes leading government initiatives, mentoring students and businesses, and contributing to the wider elearning community through guest speaking and industry forums.

His work reflects a long-standing interest in digital learning, capability building, and responsible innovation, with a particular focus on what actually works at scale.
