Scott Hewitt is the CEO and Founder of Real Projects and has over 20 years experience leading digital learning, elearning, and technology-driven change across the public and private sectors.

His work focuses on how organisations design, deliver, and scale learning in practical ways, particularly where technology, people, and operational constraints collide. He has led IT infrastructure transformations, developed award-winning elearning and digital content, and delivered complex projects across sectors including education, healthcare, and professional sport.

Scott has managed international programmes involving distributed teams and offshore partners, with hands-on experience in IT strategy, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. His approach is grounded in delivery rather than theory, shaped by years of working inside real organisations with real constraints.

As the founder of Real Projects and AnalyiSport, he has built global elearning solutions used by organisations including the NHS, 3M, AstraZeneca, Roche, M&S, GSK, Whitbread, Ticketmaster and easyJet. Alongside commercial work, his career includes leading government initiatives, mentoring students and businesses, and contributing to the wider elearning community through guest speaking and industry forums.

His work reflects a long-standing interest in digital learning, capability building, and responsible innovation, with a particular focus on what actually works at scale.

Real Projects is a multi award-winning elearning company with clients across Europe, the USA and Asia. Scott leads a global remote team delivering elearning projects and off-the-shelf content for organisations including AstraZeneca, M&S, GSK, Roche, 3M, the NHS and the EU.

Real Projects has an award-winning off-the-shelf course library of over 800 courses available in nine languages. The library covers topics including remote working, information security, soft skills, leadership, compliance, sustainability, and more. Scott has led the development of key strategic partnerships with content providers in the USA and Europe, and has driven the growth of the library through close collaboration with global distribution platforms.

Real Projects designed and developed the PFSA online elearning courses currently in use worldwide, and has worked extensively with experts from the Premier League, Champions League, and international football.

CEO - AnalyiSport

October 2020 to present

AnalyiSport is an award-winning football learning platform with over 25 online courses covering data analysis, recruitment, and technology. Designed and developed by professionals for professionals, AnalyiSport features experts from the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1 and the MLS. The platform supports fans and professionals who want to understand the future of football analytics.
